The Lithography Course is a MANDATORY course for any user of NTNU Nanolab who will perform a lithography process in the course of their activity in the cleanroom.

This course is split in 2 parts, both of which have to be completed in order to gain access to the lithography area:
- an online course 
- a practical exam in the lab (offered every other month)

Users will only have access to the practical exam once the online course is completed.
