The Süss MA-100 is a manual wafer scriber, which can be used for cutting small sample pieces up to 4 inch wafers.

3 different diamond tips for various materials. 

Materials that can be scribed: e.g. Si, glass, ceramic materials and sapphire.

Adjustments: Scribe force, scribe angle Microscope camera to align wafer/sample. Objectives: 2x, 4x, 6x

Sample positioning: can be done with high accuracy using a micro manipulator for X direction and rotation.
